Find Your Perfect Fit
If the statistics are true, a whole lot of us have been wearing the wrong bra size for a really long time. Why is it so hard?
We wanted to bust a few myths and give a few pointers to help you find your perfect fit:
1. We get it, it’s annoying, but we’re not lying when we say every brand is a little bit different when it comes to sizing. When we started NICO, we looked around to try to find the universal size chart that we could work from. Turns out, it doesn’t exist. So we did our best to amalgamate from a bunch of different well known brands to create our own. For some people, they find their NICO size is what they thought it would be. For others they need something smaller, and for others, they need something bigger. The moral of the story - it pays to check your measurements.
2. Check your measurements. This is not an exact science - but the best way to get as close as possible to your correct size is to take your measurements and use the size calculator. Follow our instructions to make sure you get the most accurate measurements you can (the biggest mistake we see is not keeping the tape measure level all the way around!).This works for the overwhelming majority of people. Humans are unique though, so in some cases, the fit might still need to be tweaked. That’s why we offer hassle free returns and exchanges!
3.If you need to tweak the fit, we will send out a new size to you free of charge, and include a prepaid return label to send back what doesn’t fit (in Australia only). We know that bra fitting can be tough, so we will always work to make the exchange process as smooth as possible!
4. We’re humans too! Got a question about any parts of the process? Book a fitting and talk to us! We are yet to meet someone whose bra fitting issue we couldn’t solve. We can talk you through the features and benefits of different styles, help you to choose the right one for your needs, show it to you in more detail and work through sizing. Plus, in this world of 280 characters, it’s nice to sometimes have conversations.
