NICO gains Ethical Clothing Australia accreditation for another year

We're so pleased to announce our re-accreditation with Ethical Clothing Australia for a fifth year running. 

So what does this mean?

As part of our accreditation, all parts of our Australian supply chain are reported to ECA. The suppliers are audited by the Textile, Clothing and Footwear Union where they check to make sure all workers are being paid fairly and in compliance with Australian workplace laws. This includes things like ensuring correct penalty wages, that Workers Compensation Insurance is in place and that the work is happening in a safe environment that doesn't put the workers at risk.
