We aim to ship your order within 3 working days, if not quicker. You'll receive an email from us with tracking details when it's on it's way.
When placing an international order, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are calculated once your package arrives in your country. Your order may also be subject to customs inspections or fees, based upon your country's regulations, which may cause delays. Unfortunately, this is out of NICO's control. Online retailers can’t predict or cover these fees but it usually doesn’t apply to low value parcels. You can check with your local customs office to be sure. However, if any duty or customs charges are payable in your country, they will be payable by you.
Once your order has been dispatched and tracking details provided, NICO cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by couriers and/or customs. NICO also cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Please contact the courier directly for assistance. Of course, if you need help with your claim, we’re here to assist.

We understand that shopping online can sometimes be tricky, especially when it comes to finding the right fit. That's why we've spent a lot of time working on our size chart to help you find the perfect fit.
But, in the event that you are not completely happy with your purchase or there are problems with the fit, NICO provides a very flexible returns and exchange policy.
- For most garments, as long as they are still unworn and have all tags and stickers on them, you can expect a full refund or exchange of the items.
- Returns must be requested via email within 14 days from receiving the item.
- When trying on your garments, please be careful to keep them clean and ensure you're not wearing any perfume or deodorant that might leave a mark or a scent on the items. We can't accept returns of items that have been stained, washed or scented.
- For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of briefs or socks.
- For any return, unless the items are faulty, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If returned items reduce your order total below our free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. This does not apply if you opt for store credit.
- Items bought on sale, during a sale period, or with a discount code can be exchanged or returned for store credit only - no refunds.
- Exchanges are processed based on the value paid at the time of purchase. If an exchange is requested after a sale period has ended and the replacement item is higher in price, the difference must be paid at the current price. Refunds and store credits reflect the original purchase price.
- Last Chance sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. However, if a garment is faulty, we will of course replace it or provide a refund.
- Faulty items will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Faulty items will only be replaced with the same size, colour and style.
If you do need to organise a return, be sure to contact us within 5 working days of receiving the items. All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them unless otherwise agreed.
